Hard boiled eggs with ham and cheese

We had extra ham from New Years so I made hard boiled eggs with ham and cheese today for dinner. I also found out some interesting things about eggs in a video.  Did you know that if you blow into the end of a boiled egg that the shell practically falls off?

Go to this page to see the video and get the recipe:

Keeping Foods Fresh and Safe for Little Ones

Innobaby LLC, the provider of innovative juvenile packaging solutions, is making things easy for the busy mom with the release of their line of SMART products for storing baby food.

Making baby food at home and from scratch is becoming the newest craze for nutrition conscious parents. Not only is it healthier for babies, it can also be made in the right quantities so it doesn't go to waste. The problem is often storage.

Innobaby's SMART products are the right size for storing baby sized quantities and controlling portion size, while helping parents separate the contents based on particular food allergies as well.

Made out of high quality and durable materials, they are dishwasher, freezer, and microwave safe, making them easy to store and clean, says Kristen Min, a co-founder of Innobaby . BPA, phthalates, lead, and PVC free means they are safe for storing food kids will be eating later.

Started in 2006, Kristen Min and Jee Kim are the founding moms of Innobaby LLC.  This start-up business is a good example of how an idea and a marketing niche can build a successful enterprise. For more information go to www.innobaby.com.
